Determined to get to the bottom of lingering headaches and raging acid reflux that I was experiencing, I decided to further my studies in integrative nutrition and took an interest in natural ways to promote healing.
I learned and applied the power of merging traditional and alternative medical interventions to help restore health. My appreciation extends to various wellness professionals, whose unique methods contributed to my recovery. When I began to eat foods that nourished body, practice mindfulness, and exercised regularly, I noticed the symptoms resolving.
Now I use what I’ve learned to help impact- directed people build a foundation of heath for themselves and their families.

With fourteen years of experience in healthcare, I have have observed many adults and children achieve optimal health and wellness, through our compassionate, personalized, holistic and collaborative approach.
As such, my mission is to simplify health and empower impact-driven individuals in the community to improve their wellbeing, by offering tailored science-based programs, guidance in goal-setting, and accountability.
