Beyond my profession as a nurse and integrative nutrition health coach, health has become my lifestyle and passion. Over the last 14 years, I've supported adults, children and families, in their recovery of mental and physical health conditions.
Life is a precious gift. Sometimes, we are faced with situations that lead to stress on the body, mind and social wellbeing. Many of us have become used to living with headaches, digestive upsets, body aches, anxiety or imbalanced mood. We continue to trek through life to keep up with our growing list responsibilities. This perpetuates the cycle of stress and increases the risk of chronic health conditions.

Determined to get to the bottom of lingering aches and discomforts, I decided to further my studies in integrative nutrition and took an interest in natural ways promote healing. I appreciate the intersection between traditional and alternative medical interventions. My journey to improved health includes creating a holistic wellness plan and including various wellness professionals and methods.
Now I use what I’ve learned to help mission- directed people build a foundation of heath for themselves and their families.
